This April, the Redmond Senior Center invites the community to take a deep breath and discover effective ways to reduce stress as part of its ongoing Wellbeing Series. In recognition of Stress Awareness Month, the Center is offering two free events designed to educate, support, and connect attendees with healthy strategies for managing stress—especially as we age.
Stress Awareness Talk
