Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Oregon is proud to announce that Program Director Jenn Davis has been voted onto the National Leadership Council for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA). This prestigious appointment reflects Davis’s dedication to youth mentoring and her outstanding leadership within the Central Oregon community.
The National Leadership Council is composed of select leaders from across the country who help guide the strategic direction of BBBSA’s nationwide network. As a council member, Davis will play a pivotal role in shaping policies, sharing best practices, and advocating for initiatives that support the organization’s mission to create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.

Under Davis’s guidance, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Oregon has expanded its reach and earned national recognition for the work done in Central Oregon. Her focus on community engagement, volunteer recruitment, and youth empowerment has led to significant growth in the number of matches made and the overall impact of the organization in Central Oregon.
